1:1 Coaching

1:1 Coaching is the most effective way tou enchance your skills rapidly, allowing you to become the  player you aspire to be. It is a great way of progression and allows the player and coach to work together to gain increased performance. Sessions are 45 or 60 min.

Group Coaching

Offers structured training for all ages n Perth, focusing on technique, fitness, mindset, and game sense, with options like winter academies, school holiday clinics, and small group sessions  for shared learning and cost-effectiveness, run by professional coaches.

Group Fitness Training

Group fitness training is a specialized approach that focuses on developing the physical attributes necessary for the sport: strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance
